I have created a few mindmaps of potential projects. The purpose is to show our planning skills being developed to work professionally. In the end, I felt like having creating a business that provide Stream Overlays was a better option that would fit into all of our skillsets\u00a0and it\u2019s a great way to hone our design skills further. We had another idea, like a game made using Unity or Unreal, but neither of us knew or enjoy coding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elebenstead.2021.hulldesign.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Twitch-Overlay-Designing.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3074\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">We have created the mindmap for our project idea, including all of the assets required.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elebenstead.2021.hulldesign.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Box-1024x449.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3706\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">I have also created a box folder to store any designs relating to the business.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Seb has created a Trello Board for the assets we will need to create for the business while I thought about something where all of us can contribute without abandoning our roles and overall purpose of the module. There is a useful plugin on WordPress that allows us to collectively collaborate on a single Elementor page and place all of our own original designs into it to make a stand-out business page. (WPDeveloper, 2022a). We also used a template as a placeholder site (WPDeveloper, 2022b).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Figuring out how to insert the template into the Elementor page and how to update it was vital for when the project starts, so each member can contribute to the plugin. (Templately and WPDeveloper et al, 2022, WPDeveloper, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elebenstead.2021.hulldesign.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Templately-1-1024x512.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3243\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figuring out how to save  page to the cloud is vital.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elebenstead.2021.hulldesign.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Templately.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3708\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">And inserting a page uploaded by someone else is important as well.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, we have also created a Discord to communicate with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/elebenstead.2021.hulldesign.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image-1024x406.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3742\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">We have set up a Discord server as our primary communication.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We proposed having the overall project finished by late April or very early May would be sufficient to spend the next few weeks leading up to the deadline working on the video and any other things required to finish the module.
