For the creative business module, we are tasked with pitching an idea within the creative industries. These can be either entertainment, architecture, fashion and more. For the first week, we were researching what would interest us into generating an idea, and then creating a mood board for that chosen idea. I wanted my idea to be about video games and how designer usually base themselves around that medium. Let’s not forget that they don’t only make games, but make assets for the entertainment industry, mainly TV and Film. Here is my mood board that blends in both games and TV\/movies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see here, aside from gaming, I’m a fan of animation and are fascinated by how its made, mainly CG animation. These movies are recent movies that take my interest because aside from their plots revolving around gaming one way or the other, their primary status is of a movie that people can watch at cinema. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (bottom right) is one of the only few anime I watch, so I put it here to represent its medium as a creative industry.
