In this weeks activity, we were tasked with drawing images with perspective. We were shown buildings as examples and how we can use them as a base for our perspective drawings. I watched the content on Canvas on how to do it too. Here’s my attempts.
to the vanishing point at the top. From this, I was able to make a 2D drawing look 3D. I attempted to expand on the drawing by adding another shape to the side of what appears to be a weird rectangular-triangle hybrid (bear with me if I wrong) and make the simplistic sketch even more interesting.
directions. I tried to create a simplistic street scene with this technique as it was easy to create. By what I mean when it could have gone better? Next time, I’ll add more life into it with more windows and doors on the top portions of the image and maybe a little more down the sides of the bottom. But this is a nice attempt nonetheless.
