Group 10’s activity this week is to come up with a theme and a bunch of assets and references to support our findings. We each have to come up with a blog post detailing which 10 assets we will be modelling. Here’s mine:
- Air Hockey Table
- Roulette Table
- Vending Machine
- Card Shuffler
- Arcade Cabinet
- Bar Table
- Plastic Coffee Cup
- Support Bollards with Rope
- Cylinder Lamp
- Flatscreen TV
Air Hockey Table
Arcades have a variety of games you can play while walking around. Ari Hockey tables are miniature table-top games you can play as they are dotted around arcades.
Roulette Table
A staple in a casino environment, a roulette table is what you will find most gathered around playing Roulette and placing bets on poker chips.
Vending Machine
This can be applied to both casinos and arcades. You will normally find these in hallways near to any toilets or in the main hallway tucked in a corner or behind a wall somewhere.
Card Shuffler
Basically, these small machines is what’s used in some casino games like Poker for example. They automatically shuffle your cards instead of manually shuffling them yourself.
Arcade Cabinet
This is a staple in arcades; the main sort of machine you will find inside. Players like to spend change in order to play.
Bar Table
There’s varying examples of a casino bar table, but I’m picking out the one where you play casino games on, like Blackjack.
Plastic Coffee Cup
Essentially, you get these at a bar for you to drink. Different beverages could be filled inside.
Support Bollards With Rope
Along with the coffee cup above, this one is perhaps one of the easiest assets from the list I can create. These are basically barricades to put in place for diversions around the casino.
Cylinder Lamp
Again, one of the easy assets. There are different versions of a lamp, but the cylinder lamps are seen throughout casinos the most. I’ll probably create a wall for the lamp to be mounted on.
Flatscreen TV
Like with the previous asset, I could make a wall for this TV to be mounted on to view the scoreboard or watch sports and advertisements around the casino or arcade bars.
